    Katie is on a mission to create our next generation of incredible people leaders.

    From her days of being team captain of her high school softball team to running a mentoring program for >100 employees to being in the top 10% of leaders in her last few corporate roles, Katie always naturally gravitated towards leadership.

    While it hasn’t always been easy, she’s taken what she’s learned, the tactics she’s mastered, and paired that with becoming a Certified Executive Coach to empower women to step into their power.

    Katie lives in Denver with her son and husband. She’s an aspiring cowgirl, triathlete, and martini fan.

She is an executive and life-work coach, speaker, and facilitator whose mission is to help ambitious organizations, teams, and individuals explore how to live and work differently for more success, satisfaction, and sustainability.

    With a portfolio career and drawing from her 25-years of experience, she is also a strategy consultant and advisor who partners with ambitious organizations and leaders who want to do better for their business, customers, and people-helping them illuminate and make progress on what matters.

  • Our retreat will be held at The Bradley Boulder Inn in Boulder, Colorado.

    It is a bed & breakfast that is small, intimate, and full of character.

    Each of the 12 rooms on site are quiet and spacious.

    We will have the downstairs meeting space, enabling plenty of room and opportunity to connect, learn, feel inspired, and grow together.

  • Women are encouraged to stay onsite and enjoy the hospitality and coziness of The Bradley Boulder Inn.

    There are 12 rooms onsite and you’re encouraged to book early before it sells out.

  • Boulder is approximately one hour by car from Denver International Airport.

    It’s a breeze to get to downtown Boulder via the RTD bus (and the bus stop is just a block from The Bradley at 15th & Walnut) or you can get dropped off at their doors by Uber/Lyft.

    If you choose to rent a car, parking will be free for guests of the Inn.
